Overview

The District is the only wastewater service provider in the area that owns and maintains lower laterals, the portion of the sewer serving your home between the property line and the main sewer in the street.  We inspect these pipes and prioritize repairs and replacement based on their structural condition.  In some cases, we can restore the lower lateral to as-new condition using a state of the art lining process that eliminates the need to trench into the street.  Check out the video below to see how it’s done.
