Finance Committee

The Finance Committee provides oversight of all District fiscal matters, including annual budget and financial audit processes, with monthly review of operating and capital expenditures. The committee guides the Board on long range financial planning, rate setting and other important financial issues.  Finance committee meetings are held monthly with activities reported to the full Board of Directors at their next regular meeting.

Personnel Committee

The Personnel Committee reviews and advises on District organization and staffing levels, personnel policies and procedures, employee benefit programs, and other policy level matters pertaining to the agency’s human resources.  Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.

Public Relations Committee

The Public Relations Committee provides guidance and direction to the Board and agency staff on outreach and communications to the District’s customer base and the general public. Meetings are held on an as-needed basis.
